Protecting your information online is of the utmost importance to A2Z Freight Claims Inc. (“A2Z Freight Claims,” “A2Z,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information, the types of personal information we collect, how we use your personal information, with whom we share it, the choices you may make regarding our use of your information, how you can contact us, and our data protection practices. When we say “personal information,” we mean any information about an identifiable individual, including unique identifiers such as your name, phone number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, location data, account credentials, and information relating to your characteristics, activities, or behavior associated with you. Applicable legislation in Canada, including Québec’s Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25), PIPEDA, and U.S. privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), may define personal information differently.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, SaaS platform, and all online tools located at www.a2zfreightclaims.com (the “Site”), our applications, customer dashboards, AI-powered claim-analysis tools, all interactive features, widgets, analytics tools, review systems, blogs, communication portals, and any other digital properties or online offerings that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively with the Site, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that this Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and disclosure of information obtained through the Platform. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected online.

A2Z collects information directly from you (for example, when you create an account, submit a freight claim, or interact with our customer service team), automatically through cookies, tracking technologies, analytics tools, and session replay technologies, and indirectly from third parties such as carriers, brokers, shippers, insurers, service providers, trade associations, public transportation databases, and technology vendors.

Automated tools do not make final binding decisions; human review governs all final claim assessments.
