For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “A2Z Freight Claims” includes A2Z Freight Claims Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, employees, directors, officers, agents, and authorized representatives.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE MAY OBTAIN INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
• Name, email address, phone number, business contact information, job title, company name
• Account usernames and passwords
• Shipping and freight information, including Bill of Lading data, claim details, shipment-tracking data, delivery confirmations, invoices, photographs, notes, and communications you submit through the Platform
• Financial information for payment, billing, refunds, or credit purposes
• Device identifiers, browser type, operating system, unique device IDs, IP address
• Location information
• Usage data such as clickstream, browsing patterns, referring/exit pages, timestamps, login activity, and navigation paths
• Session replay data (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, form interactions, keystrokes excluding sensitive fields and never involving camera or microphone access)
• Information you enter into forms, feedback tools, customer service messages, reviews, evaluations, or dispute communications
• Information provided by carriers, brokers, shippers, insurers, or your employer to facilitate claim assessment
• Public transportation data, DOT/MC information, FMCSA records, and other publicly available commercial databases
